Pros
Best people to work with- very lovely, we used to have great and talented people working but underappreciated, so they all quit (around 40 people either got fired or quitting in a year time) Work from home- too cheap to provide an office, so can work from home until an indefinite amount of time Easy job, can take breaks - everyone is planning to quit and this company has a high turnover rate so we don't take publishing emails seriously
Cons
Horrible management- micromanages everything from your lunch hour to how many emails you can send per day (if you're doing customer service they will count and haunt you down with the emails sent!) Terrible work rights - NO annual leave for like half year, they make you work on public holidays without us rejecting it, can't take sick leave as they question everything, overtime used to be unpaid until their was a civil demo between employees No career path- repetitive robotic work from 9-5.30 doing emails or publishing content
