Adequate training. Monday - Friday, hybrid schedule offered, mostly helpful co-workers, occasional fun events, a gym and meal options on site.
Cons
Low starting pay scale for the work load. No bilingual differential incentive, insufficient pay increases and expensive health insurance. Disorganized gossiping management, difficult salesmen and a couple of racists that need to be mindful of what they say.
