Pros
- Work life balance; People leave office by 6pm. You will get plenty of time for yourself. - A few smart/interesting colleagues; from what i hear, most of them have left or planning to leave.
Cons
- Bad work culture, employees are not valued, you would be looked down if you disagree with your boss or say anything negative or have an opinion which is different from the senior management (the founder). - The company doesn't have much to offer in terms of learning. - Absolutely no freedom to influence what and how you work, you have to do what is told to you and how it is told to you, even though you know you are doing it the wrong way. - Lack of clarity; they will hire you without having a clue about your job role and then dictate what you should be doing. - Lots of petty politics; lot of insecurity issues among the senior employees. - The senior management (the founder) can be down right rude sometimes.
