      Pros

      Very flexible, staff can take time off during the day and do not need to make it up.

      Cons

      Large number of staff left due to poor senior management. Holidays are awful Since merge (takeover) there has been constant redundancies Senior management are unprofessional and make it clear they think very little of their counterparts at Wiggle.
