Pros

Working from home / remote work (However, in Korea, despite the company’s official policy, working from the office was mandatory under the direction of local management)

Cons

honestly surprising that this company is still around. It is a company where people with virtually no knowledge of blockchain or Web3 join and then talk as if they understand blockchain. Naturally, the company’s strategy, organizational structure, and portfolio strategy are all bound to be a complete mess. It seems they are still dreaming of a dramatic turnaround through an IPO, but I am not so sure about that. I believe the recent share price in the secondary market is exposing just how unrealistic that dream is. Also, judging by the sudden and unreasonable increase in recent five-star reviews, it appears the company may be secretly working on improving its reviews. I sincerely hope they choose to spend their time in a more productive way!

Pros

The product itself is impressive, it's the kind of work you can feel proud of. Beyond that, the company makes a real effort to keep the team connected. Even though we're fully remote, there are regular opportunities to get together in person, which goes a long way toward building real relationships with your colleagues.

Cons

Things can change quickly — priorities, processes, even team structures. It can be a lot to keep up with at times. That said, it's hard to hold it against the company given how fast the industry moves. It's really just the nature of operating in such a dynamic space and I think that it can be exciting honeslt .
