Pros

Great product, with an ability to withstand the people and HR issues prevalent across all teams.

Cons

Sadly Chainalysis has a very toxic and political environment, that rewards individuals that are liked by leadership, as opposed to actual results and performance. This has led to great department leaders leaving, mediocre management staying and a culture where toxic behavior is not only tolerated but rewarded. Many situations that are clear HR violations are either swept under the rug, or excused because individuals believe this is best for the company. Many strong performers leave after a year or two, because the prevalence and acceptance of bad behaviors.

Pros

Chainalysis offers the rare combination of talented people, supportive leadership and meaningful work. The culture is collaborative and results oriented. There is a high level of trust and autonomy, teams can take ownership and make a real impact. There is a lot of opportunity in the market and the sales team is exceeding quotas. The team gets exposure to complex and interesting challenges because of our position in the market.

Cons

Fast paced environment, requires flexibility and adaptability
