Interesting projects and a very diverse base of clients. The company has great service offerings that span the end-to-end supply chain.
Cons
Significantly under market salaries (20-30% lower). No annual review and no annual raises. Inability to attract and hire top talent as total compensation is too low. No training or education offered to new hires.
