Good for start but only for a year. Worst development environment. Favoritism is on its peak. Low pay and also not that much good increment. All will be given same increment even if you had performed well then others. Politics is in there blood. Will through you out if you dont work as they want. Worst people in development team. Never join the development team you will definitely re grate it in future.
