Pros
This company is the best example of cronyism run by bunch of old timers, bigots in India who think of themselves as omniscient in supply chain area. If you continue to feed their fragile egos then you can survive here, else they will gang up and not even let you work here. These old timers work with such condescending attitude that any new comers , whatever knowledge or experience, he may come with, these oldies bigots just think themselves of some kings of supply chain. Irony is that their management in US continues to turn blind eye and never bother to break the vicious culture of favoritism, regionalism. Recent example of regionalism, they have hired so many people from only one state of India since one of these old-timer director belongs to this state and he thinks that only people from his state is more talented than people from rest of the India
