It’s my second year working at Chainlink and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. Chainlink’s founders create a work environment where you feel valued, challenged, supported, and independent as an employee. The Chainlink team is tight-knit and dedicated to working hard to deliver top-notch services to clients. The leadership is transparent and flexible, and all employees are committed to their work. I’ve had more opportunities to learn and grow professionally while at Chainlink than I’ve had anywhere else.

I can’t think of any cons. If you have a strong work ethic and a forward-thinking mindset, you'll thrive here.

I worked at Chainlink for about a year starting early 2015, and it was an exciting growth experience. Management is open to feedback about how to make improvements to the platform, and are always looking to get better for their customers while focusing on employee work/life balance. After I was comfortable at my job I was allowed to work remotely a few days a week which was really nice to cut out my commute. Mgmt is very deadline driven, so as long as I'm getting my work done, I work pretty independently.

The company is young so sometimes I had to do work outside of my job description, but I view that as one of the opportunities/challenges of being at a startup.
