Kurt was a really great mentor to me during my time at Chainlink. He taught me a lot about digital marketing and was very approachable whenever I had questions. I would highly recommend working here.

I worked at Chainlink for about a year starting early 2015, and it was an exciting growth experience. Management is open to feedback about how to make improvements to the platform, and are always looking to get better for their customers while focusing on employee work/life balance. After I was comfortable at my job I was allowed to work remotely a few days a week which was really nice to cut out my commute. Mgmt is very deadline driven, so as long as I'm getting my work done, I work pretty independently.

The company is young so sometimes I had to do work outside of my job description, but I view that as one of the opportunities/challenges of being at a startup.
