Pros
By far the worst company in Connecticut to work for. There is literally a support group for former employees. The owner treats every non-family employee like absolute garbage. He set up cameras in every single corner of this horrid warehouse so he can go in his office, close the door and spy on employees (when he's not screaming at them) for the majority of the day. I have never witnessed such a negative work environment in my entire life. Every employee in every department is miserable and depressed, you can see it in their faces. This is the complete opposite of how you should run a company. To top it all off, the owner and his family bring their dogs to work, who constantly bark and go to the bathroom all over the place.
Cons
If you would like to go backwards in life, this is the job for you. If you enjoy employers who verbally assault & spy on you, this is the place. If you enjoy minimum wage with no benefits, you're in luck. If you enjoy harassment & getting screamed at daily, come join us.
