not good at all, made me work with zero breaks, had to work after shift ended. they would give me tasks at 9 pm, and tell me to finish it before logging in the next day

The only good thing about them is that since they are running out of clients, we did not have much work pressure on our head.

I joined this firm in around August and they terminated me in September because I mailed them asking about my salary which wasn't paid till 21st of the month (Not just mine but for all the employees except the HR) These people are gonna keep telling you that they have technical issues with the bank and we will receive our salary within a day or two and then when the employees finally hold the work they organize a so called meeting where just 2 of the co-founders are present and the other two are probably busy with their other jobs and tell us that we should be patient. I mean 20th of the month, we haven't received our salary and these people tell us to be patient. HOW AMAZING DO YOU THINK THIS IS!!! They keep their fake company meetings and call them "Townhalls" where we are forcefully made to speak their pre written script so that they can post that on the social media and let the world see what an amazing happy small family CNS is. They don't have time to mend their business and are travelling and partying everyday. All of their clients leave when they get to know about their scams. I will tell anybody who is planning or even thinking to join this firm that it is better to stay unemployed for a year rather than joining this fraud organization.
