Great work life balance 10/10 4-10s M T-TH F. Weekends off. Easy work.

No growth for drivers. Challenge has changed over the years, it can be better once there is structure and communication between the higher ups and the branches where employees don't know whats going on with company.

Good location and nice office settings. Irv Holmes is no longer CEO & President (no longer with Challenge Dairy Products since 2022.

New senior management and HR are bad. Favoritism. Do not investigate, only listen to one side. Even employees with degrees are given Director title.
