Our leadership is super forward-thinking and puts in the effort to make the best out of what we have. The team here is amazing—everyone's caring and kind, and you can really feel the team spirit growing. We’re landing bigger clients more often now, which is a win for everyone. The PTO is solid too. Under the new leadership, there's a big focus on professional growth, and most of us are really into it. We laugh a lot and genuinely care about each other. Plus, the account load per CSM has gone down, so we have more time to be strategic with our clients.
