Pros
I loved teaching the children and interacting with parents. Pre-school program is good as far as academics.
Cons
No place for advancement if you work hard, on the other hand if management really likes you then you will move up quickly. Hard work and dedication are over looked. They do not treat all students and parents the same. If you are a parent that conforms to what the school thinks your child needs then you will be fine, if not they will show you the door. Management sucks, there is no communication and there is lack of guidance. Curriculum is dated back to the 80's, some information taught to students is incorrect because they won't update the curriculum. Sometimes a class may run out of curriculum and they won't inform parents. There is no PE, Cafeteria, or Library... at times seems more like a cult then a school.
