Pros
A very unique and diverse company with opportunity for growth and advancement. From the beginning, everyone was welcoming and willing to help. I was well acclimated before beginning on any major tasks or projects. Management encourages employees to ask questions. This company is for those who enjoy the benefits of a work hard/play hard environment.
Cons
The company has grown exponentially in a short amount of time and is making some necessary changes. There are some lose ends that are still being worked out but the employees are encouraged to give their input and suggestions during this process.
