Poor Management - ASM- Assistant Store Manager Champion Employee Review

There was poor management of the store manager because they manage both champion and hanes. It was extremely difficult to ask for PTO. It was always very slow but that is because of the location. The upper management I felt had very bad communication with their stores, they never listened to what we would give feedback on (what sizes, what customers are looking for, what customers don’t like). Instead they did the opposite, they would send the wrong sizes, send bull of the items that were not selling and would never send us things customers were actually looking for even though it was online.
