Communication was often lacking and decisions seemed to be made without considering the inputs and needs of the employees Lack of management skills There are opportunities for growth, but often not compensated appropriately with the increased responsibilities and workload While there are some good things about the company, the issues with management, compensation, and culture may make it difficult for some people to thrive there.
