      The office offers an excellent working environment with a dynamic, youthful team and a strong company culture, though the daily experience can vary depending on your immediate colleagues.

      Cons

      Despite being advertised as an employee-owned business, ownership and influence are unequally distributed. Even for a smaller company, the internal politics are intense. I highly recommend exploring other employment options. If you do accept a position here, it is wise to keep your options open and continue your job search.

      Chandler is a solid investment firm with a thoughtful approach to creating a rich company culture. The female CEO has worked for the company for a significant portion of her career and has worn many hat along the way. Her experience has enabled her to navigate through a typically male dominated environment and build a Leadership Team that truly cares about employees, clients, and staying true to the company’s mission statement.

      Chandler is a great firm with top down leadership, a kind and carinf executive team, with smart and committed employees which are the heart of the firm. The female president effortlessly leads this male dominated field and and ensures the culture permiates through to our everyday job responsibilities.
