Good Benefits and 401K matching Good Bonus Structure if you actually get it.
Cons
Constantly bringing French interns in for key positions and forcing the rest of the team to carry the load and train them. Then they leave and return two years later as your boss. Rare that an American is allowed to advance past Senior Manager. Love to give you new responsibilities without a title or a raise. They treat your annual bonus as a hostage. Favorite time to layoff staff is in February right before they have to pay out on bonus. Estate Managers (CEO) were great my first 9 years; the following years, they became elitist and did not want to mingle with the Production line and Warehouse personnel. Actually banned them from using the Admin break room.
