management don't care about you or your opinions, they will try to bully you into submission such as giving you ultimatums (do this or else). your quality of work is evaluated by how many hours of unpaid overtime you work and actual accomplishments are barely acknowledged. no transparency from management. many empty promises. extremely high employee turnover rate. within one year almost the entire office was replaced with new employees. it is also the norm to see people working full days on weekends in the office without pay.
