Pros
1.) luxurious brand to work for; you get to take home beautiful skincare/makeup gratis from their training. 2.) professional environment. 3.) if your career is in makeup, it's good to have the brand down on your resume.
Cons
1.) LOTS of pressure from Chanel management to meet sales goals. 2.) pay could be better for the pressure they put on you. 3.) very little room for growth if you want to move past being a sales girl at their counter.
