Pros
None, I would not recommend this environment to any young people looking to grow. I have since moved to another well known company and do not experience any of the nonsense I experienced here.
Cons
Extremely toxic culture and very obvious little to no training for their managers - many of whom are simply there as a result of social politics (not on true merit). Poor pay even for those in executive roles - meaningless jobs. Pressure to constantly work with no breaks in an office that has barely any windows apart from a skylight that doesn’t oversee any of the desks. Manager was the biggest problem and it was obvious it was not a personal problem as the team felt very fragmented, unstable and unfriendly. Cliquey general environment and have a LONG way to go in their quota for being inclusive. If you are looking to be treated as lesser than and burnt out in short periods then this is definitely the place for you!
