- Poor commissions ($50 voucher every $5000 sold) - Extremely strict management, to be expected from a well-renowned luxury brand. However, I have worked for plenty of other luxury brands and Chanel was the most unpleasant brand to work for. The managers were unfriendly and would nit-pick every aspect of our attire and appearance. - I often felt like I was surveiled 24/7
