      Role can be rewarding and you get a wellbeing hour, some staff are very supportive. Lower case load than most social work.

      Cons

      High pressure and demand with little recognition for emotional and cognitive load, significant pay disparities and support massively fluctuates. Very few development opportunities.

      Colleagues and management were the best I could've asked for, incredibly kind and understanding, especially when dealing with stressful situations.

      Cons

      Pay could have been better and there was little room for growth or development. Best as a stepping stone in your career
