Pros

Open to personal creativity (to a certain extent) Nice office A decent entry level job for resume purposes (I wouldn't write mark this down as a life long career) Staff is fairly nice (just remain cordial and don't share too much information) Some staff members are extremely innovative

Cons

No room for growth CEO hires his family and places them over the departments making it difficult for others to move up and for proper reactions to be taken when things go wrong CEO is extremely impulsive - Changes plans at a moments notice and even fires people off of a single interaction that he didn't like. There is EXTREME favoritism here. There is no consensus between the CEO and the heads of the departments. There is a lack of professionalism in the office (inappropriate conversations and references by heads of departments, who are related to the CEO and don't get held accountable) Company policies are only enforced when the CEO deems it necessary or when they are trying to get rid of someone. (I can go on for a while with the cons. I've worked here for an exceptional amount of time and have seen a lot. Now that I am in a new job, I can reflect back without any emotions being attached. I've steered clear of most of it, and spoke up on a lot, but I have concluded that there is not much changing that can be done if the structure of the company isn't first fixed.)
