      Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm schedule

      Cons

      New upper management is clueless!! They expect way too much work from the staff for the low pay, overwhelming workload. Yearly evaluations, for what?? They don’t give anyone a raise!! Cost of medical insurance is horrible!! It’s not the Change Inc. that it used to be!!

      Pros

      Hours 8-4 No weekends No holidays Hour paid lunch

      Cons

      No backing from management. Things change frequently with poor communication of changes. High turnover rate high insurance cost. Expect more and more from employees without extra compensation, incentives.
