Pros

Working at Change.org for 2 and a half years was a great experience overall. Even if the company is still trying to figure out their way to sustainability and things can change very fast within the organization, as a Change.org employee I always felt inspired, empowered and respected in my job. It felt like a dream job for most of the time. They actually represent and respect their company values and that is the basis of an incredible company mission.

Cons

At change.org, "change is the only constant", so it can feel quite unstable sometimes

Pros

Change.org is the best job I've ever had. It checks all the boxes. The mission is amazing; the people and culture are awesome; the leadership is trustworthy, ambitious, and helpful. I can't recommend this company enough.

Cons

There are cons, just like any other company, but honestly, none are so big that I feel like I need to give them space here.

Pros

My first 9 months at Change.org have stretched me in the best ways. I am working with the smartest people I have ever worked with in my career moving at an accelerated pace toward company goals I believe in. I am excited by and proud of the team I manage; we are given real opportunities for up-leveling our skills and contributing to the company vision. It is a joy to come to work every day. I feel taken care of as a human being and a parent; there is space to be me, to take care of my daughter, and still show up as a leader at this company.

Cons

Onboarding for my role was very challenging; there was not a clear prioritized list of new needs for my role or space to learn at first. As a manager it is my goal to make sure onboarding time is protected for everyone on my team and that they come in understanding prioritized needs from their role during week 1.
