Pros
Family-owned and operated company and that makes a difference in terms of feeling valued and communication. Madison is a great city and community. WISC-TV is the market leader and there is a drive to deliver the best day in and day out. This leads to positive morale and energetic work environment.
Cons
While there are efforts to equip the newsroom and its journalists with the tools they need to deliver the best news in the market, there can be a limit to resources which may lead to stretched workers that may cause the product to suffer.
