Cons
As with any performance driven role, if you don’t achieve results over time, you won’t receive bonuses which is understandable. After a few months without performance or sales, it’s natural for the company to expect improvement, just like in most results-based jobs. It can be a bit stressful if you're going through a slow period, but it also pushes you to stay focused and consistent.
