Their HR department has great personal service, if they do forget to file some forms from time to time. I don't blame them as they're only a small team of 4-5 people handling the paperwork of an entire district. Even so, they do file them promptly and make the hiring process really easy.

Most schools are understaffed and if you read their report on their plans to increase their test scores, they are an under performing school district with a higher than average teacher turn-over rate.

Great student population. Supportive parents. Good salary. Small district in a big area.

Health insurance. Unsupportive administration. Favoritism. If you’re not a graduate from the district life is harder for you.
