Pros
Offices are attractive. Training and mentoring is provided for agents. The administrative personnel and agents are pleasant to work with, helpful and supportive overall. Management does consider input from its agents when making some decisions and gives to charities.
Cons
The company has much turnover. The mission statement says it puts company and clients above agents, but if you don't truly value all of your agents and if many of them aren't happy or can do better elsewhere, you will experience much turnover like this company has. Even many of the top agents have left the company. Integrity and Christian values are not always practiced here. I wish I had seen the high ideals they purport to stand for being carried out in all their dealings and interactions. Be aware that some of the perks represented in marketing materials to entice new agents to join are no longer provided.
