Pros

People eager to get the job done, chill environment, good infrastructure and benefits.

Cons

Workaholic culture (despite chill environment), MANY inexperienced jr developers, overall I felt people don't really know what they are doing. When they do, they end up leaving.

Pros

- One of the best environments you will find - Amazing office, with different types of rooms and great lounge area - Free food, coffee, and sometimes beer - Autonomy to do what you want to, as long as you prove that's the best option for the project - Space to grow, even though it's a horizontal company - Dynamic company - Transparency, they tell you everything that's going on with the company, even the numbers - They are very very open to feedback - They give you everything you need to improve your professional skills, and personal problems - They care about your well being

Cons

- Overtime work is something that is considered normal, not something that has to be done eventually - People are extremely critic, which can be good if you know how to deal with that - Because is very horizontal, sometimes is hard to know who gives the last word - Some communication problems within the teams

Pros

The culture is great: you have flexibility, great coworkers, awesome challenges. Expect lots of work, not lots of bureaucracy. Make things that matter, have impact. Some nice perks: afternoon meals, great offsite events, some free food, free beer sometimes, subsidized gym subscription, health care for you and your children (spouses are not included, though), lunch tickets. There is incentive to personal growth, with corporate programs designed to that pursuit.

Cons

Your work always accompany you, which is somewhat stressful. The company is small, which handicaps career opportunities a little. The biggest drawback is compensation. Expect to earn half than you would in a major player (Google, Microsoft, etc). Bonus is limited to 15% of your yearly salary, but you will probably earn 80% of this value at most.
