Pros
They have an in-house fitness center and restaurant. They pay well. They don't micro-manage. Everyone gets their own office.
Cons
Although I think I entered the position during a time of transition, training or any description of my duties/responsibilities was not given until month 3 of being there. Obviously I knew how to do the job I was hired to do, but every company is different in how much responsibility they allow the Land Tech to have and every Landman has different expectations of their Tech. A solid meeting within the first week would've been ideal.
The atmosphere is a little stuffy due to the dress code and it seemed there was not a lot of interaction/communication during the day. Everyone kind if hid in their office and seemed scared to talk to each other. I know you are at work to work, but I definitely wouldn't call it a laid back atmosphere.
Processes are antiquated.
