You don't have to be in the office all the time.

It's all women and they are very catty and have obvious cliques amongst themselves. Management doesn't tell you anythings being done wrong until they're ready to reprimand you. Training is done by other inspectors and is not done thoroughly; they expect you to remember everything after being told once during training. Management will tell you during termination that you can't get unemployment but that's just a scare tactic, I got mine for 6 months after Tammy said that to me.

The only pro would have been the supervisor I worked directly under. He was a very good manager and a great boss.

The company as a whole does not work with each other therefore it is very difficult to do your job when/if you need assistance. The owner of the company changes their mind constantly so there is no consistency. What is expected of also changes daily. There is more drama going on then any place I have ever been.
