Pros
I initially enjoyed working at this company. I genuinely loved the work I did, the patients, and being able to see their progress over time. That part of the job was fulfilling and meaningful. The only reason many employees, including myself, have stayed as long as we have is because of the coworkers. The team on the ground is supportive, kind, and hardworking, and they truly deserve better leadership.
Cons
Over time, the reality of the internal work culture became impossible to ignore. There is essentially no healthy workplace culture, and management relies heavily on micromanagement and clear favoritism, which creates a tense and discouraging environment. What started as enthusiasm slowly turned into disappointment once the bigger picture became clear. Turnover is a serious issue. In less than a year, I have seen at least five employees leave, and several new hires quit after one day or never return at all. That alone speaks volumes about the internal issues that are not being addressed.
