Thanks for your feedback, it is true that on your intake we did decide to do the training locally as we had a number of starters on the same day so we flew our trainer from London over to Detroit so the content was exactly the same. We do bring the Detroit team to London for core events/ meetings/ training etc, however this time it was more efficient to manage this in Detroit. It's fair to say people put in the hours at the start of their development in the new role however you are free to work the contracted hours, recruitment is an industry that requires speaking to candidates after hours and there is no hiding from this. Commission is paid shortly after the placements happen - the quicker you have success the quicker this comes. Appreciate the feedback and I will run through the comments with the management team.
