Pros
It was a great company to work for in order to make money, have benefits, and be contracted out. It kept me local and close to my family, even though the hours were long and demanding.
Cons
It is all about the buddy system with this company. There is little chance to move up, and I think ultimately that was also a lot of the issue with the work that was lost for this company in this area. It ruined it for people who depended on them for a living. Not saying all of their management is poor, just some. It needs to be kept professional.
