      I have the flexibility to do what I want within my role. Try new things test new markets. My leadership puts a lot of trust in me.

      Cons

      Underpaid and undervalued. I want to feel like my work is good and higher quality than “more experienced” team members because of my expectations being higher but not compensated accordingly
