Great Company - Product Development Charisma Brands Employee Review

I loved my coworkers and it was great experience for me to be intern at Charisma Brands. They have great team members and even you intern you learn a lot from them. I worked at Adora Designer team and i able to attend all meetings and share opinion freely. It was really nice to involve design and share ideas. Everyone is so creative and passionate ! I loved to work Charisma Brands with all great people!!

Everything was nice but bathroom is share with other company next building so sometimes you have to wait little bit. Lunch you can have your own lunch at Cafeteria and there is refrigerator which all share. Everything is prepared!

I've had the opportunity to work with the Charisma Brands for almost a year now, and having collaborated with numerous private, non-profit, and government agencies, I can recognize a solid company culture. There is a visible and equitable flow of information and everyone's opinions, ideas, and inputs are well considered. As a freelancer, the staff at Charisma has welcomed me as an equal part of the team, and have provided me an opportunity to contribute and grow within my own field. I appreciate the professional ambiance of the work atmosphere, while the management's ability to sustain a high level of esprit de corps.

Specific to my role as a product photographer, limited studio space. It can be a challenge on certain shoot sessions, but we always manage to get the job done.
