Easy to get hired Relaxed working environment Coworkers can be nice people Flexible hours and can work from home

Cons

Highly unethical Mentally and emotionally draining Coworkers range from nice people to degenerate drug addicts Management pushes workers to meet high sales goals, which are impossible to reach if one has any sense of morals Are supposed to push for sale, even if person is in dire financial straits. Retention rate is incredibly low Little opportunity for any real advancement

Pros

Not really that much to say about the pros. Easy to get hired and employees are nice.

Cons

So let's get down to it 1. You are "raising" money for charities. Trust me when I tell you this company frauds out older people to give money, and keeps a LARGE portion of what is given. 2.The office just looks gross. It is in the basement of some rundown building. 3. Their computers run WINDOWS XP. For those not in IT, this is not secure at all. Plus their payment systems at the time were on windows XP. 4. Training is them putting you behind the phone "Training under fire" and doing the job. Nope. That is NOT how you train people Overall this job is just not worth it. Please do not work for any companies that take money from charities before doing your research.
