Pros

Charity Dynamics is full of brilliant, innovative team players who care about their clients goals as a number one priority! The staff thrive on being able to enable non-profits to make the impact and difference they want to in this world! That takes extra time and extra commitment. It's a special breed of people for sure. The CEO drives innovation to a whole new level and finds ways to pivot to the most pressing needs of the world around us. She and her managers have been highly supportive of the team throughout this pandemic - giving us the tools we need to do our jobs and the flexibility to take care of ourselves and those around us while being transparent and honest with all staff.

Cons

This job can require putting in the extra effort and time (past a 40 hour work week) but sometimes that's simply what it takes to be at the forefront of change. and innovation and provide the BEST strategy and delivery. It doesn't mean you live at work by any means (there is balance to be found)- but sometimes the extra time and high expectations can be too much for some.
