There is a pattern for GD reviews. As soon as someone posts a negative review, the CEO asks for positive reviews to look better. The environment is demoralizing. Leadership talks negatively about clients/internal team members and then will smile to their face. Opinions and/or suggestions are not welcome as there is only one correct viewpoint and you’ll be out on a “watchlist” if you have a different opinion, even if it’s valid. There has been a lot of turnover and you walk on eggshells. There are promises made and then they are not followed through. For a company who works in the non-profit industry that should be compassionate, it’s the opposite environment. Having a virtual happy hour or posting pictures of our pets is not going to fix what’s wrong.
