-Employee benefits are very good -Regular bonuses throughout the year -There's always something to work on -Most clients are standardized -Co-workers get along well -Lots of different opportunities for different projects -Team Leads and management are very supportive and are great when it comes to praise/criticism

-Raises are few and far between -Can cause burn-out after a while

Neat environment. Easy to share ideas. Owner is very nice and helpful The company loves their customers.

High turn over rate. Owners wife is not very nice and he takes a lot of consideration for hiring and firing from her. Documentation is sometimes off and techs get blamed for it.
