      Pros

      There really isn't a'lot of pressure to produce anything so the stress level is low. Benefits and salary are okay for a small company. The cost of living is low in Trenton.

      Cons

      Management is borderline incompetent. Office bullying is a common practice especially in the IT department. There really isn't much opportunity for advancement or do new things.
