Pros

CRI was a good place to work with a lot of good people. Overtime was almost never necessary. Come to work, do your job, and leave. Pay was fairly competitive and the company was willing to give raises once they realized you were essential. I did enjoy my time at CRI and learned a lot from my coworkers.

Cons

High turnover - In the time that I was there, 5+ people were fired and 5+ people quit; which does not build confidence in a workforce. Management also left a lot to be desired and did absolutely no mentoring of employees. Not only were employees extremely underutilized at times, but there was absolutely no formal training for new hires. The energy/morale at CRI is pretty negative as a whole too. The employees are constantly unhappy with management and management is oblivious to this and still think they ‘know what the employees want.’ CRI also has a habit of telling employees that big changes are going to happen…and they almost never do. This in itself is bad for morale and really made the employees not trust anything that was promised by management.

Pros

As a small agency, you'll quickly have the opportunity to do hands-on work for a diverse and prestigious roster of clients. You can come in with no experience out of school and learn a lot very quickly. Management is super supportive of employees and will work closely with you to get up to speed and support clients. You'll get to have fairly regular conversations with the CEO and VP. They also encourage you to explore other roles within the company to expand your skillset. Company culture is excellent. Other than the directors, the staff is very young. Everyone is super friendly. The company has done a great job of supporting staff during remote work for covid. There is tons of room for growth if you're willing to put in the extra effort.

Cons

Work can be hectic, constantly jumping from client to client and project to project. Not much room to move up if you're looking to "fly under the radar" - expectations for effort are high.
