Pros
The people on the floor and the administration as well are great to work with. I feel heard when I am vocal about things that could make us better as a team. Its still in the growing phase and there are a ton of opportunities that are offered to move up or to other departments that pique my interest. The people on the floor are all part of the team. They are amazing at helping each other and supporting the people around them.
Cons
Still in the beginning stages, so there are a bit of growing pains but nothing that can't be handled and hasn't been communicated by the administration.
