      Pros

      Work-Life balance is great, They pay for college and they will work with you to fit your school schedule in with your work schedule.

      Cons

      Cost of living is substantially high in the Charleston area, so the pay is well below average for the area... everyone says "but you have state retirement" but fail to realize state pension is NOT as good as it used to be (I do better with me personal IRA). I am finding it difficult to get training classes paid for, also they are not big on cross training.

      Pros

      The benefits are the best thing about this company.

      Cons

      The pay leaves a lot to be desired and they are not open and recieptive to people who can think for themselves. Also the leaders preach on having an open door policy but that is far from what they practice. Being with the company for over 5 years I encountred constant manipulation and years of people looking down their nose at you until your expertise is need.
