I could only get one off day, not enough workers.

Gittos has great benifits for a restaurant setting. However, the food is boring and often gross and doused in oils and fats. Just about turning tables, not quality

This job is repetitive. They pride themselves on fresh product, but menus have to change to have seasonal products. Like atrawberries are not in season all year long. Charlie is also too agressive to teach anyone anything. He will make you feel worthless, which is not what any owner should do to his employees.
